These Terms & Conditions apply to the Clutch Industries Inc business text messaging program.

SMS Terms

Purpose

Clutch Industries Inc provides employees with business phone numbers to respond to individual text conversations initiated by clients, vendors, and subcontractors. These numbers allow employees to coordinate work without disclosing personal phone numbers. Employees never initiate text conversations.

For example, an electrical subcontractor may text a construction superintendent to ask whether a building will be unlocked when the crew arrives. The superintendent may reply about that request. Other replies may address scheduling, materials, project questions, or services raised in your messages. All exchanges stay within the scope of the conversation you initiate. This program does not include unsolicited outreach, enrollment texts, or promotional campaigns.

Consent

You initiate the conversation by texting an employee's business number. Your incoming message provides permission for us to respond concerning the matter you raise. We retain the incoming message and associated conversation records as evidence of that exchange.

An employee may give you their work number verbally, but sharing numbers alone does not trigger a text from us. We wait for your incoming text. Your message does not enroll you in unrelated recurring messaging or promotional campaigns.

Texting is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods, receiving services, or working with us. Alternative communication methods remain available.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to the conversation you initiate. We send replies concerning your messages rather than scheduled alerts, unsolicited check-ins, or messages on unrelated subjects.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider's messaging and data charges apply according to your service plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages from this program will be sent unless you expressly opt back in. We also honor other clear requests to stop texting.
